About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, process claims, and ensure our clients have a positive experience with their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and billing questions
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their insurance coverage
Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Active insurance license in OK (preferred but not required)
