Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate clearly and warmly, both over the phone and in writing. • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and records efficiently. • Ability to identify client needs and provide relevant real estate resources and solutions. • Enthusiastic and positive attitude that contributes to a supportive team environment.
