About the Role:

Join The Victors Gymnastics Center as a Customer Service Representative, where you will interact with customers and process requests while maintaining a positive and friendly environment. We're looking for outgoing individuals who can help promote our programs and assist with customer questions and concerns while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and responding to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion

Provide individualized attention to customers while assisting with their questions/concerns

Processing transactions

Proactive customer outreach

Communicate effectively with parents regarding programs, billing, and events

Participate in special events, providing customer service support.

Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for gymnastics and commitment to athlete development.
