Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM No nights. No weekends. Pay: Base pay + commission On-Target Earnings: $1,500 - $2,500 weekly (base pay + uncapped commission, based on performance and activity) Job Description This is a high-volume outbound dialing role within a fast-paced life insurance agency. You’ll be contacting individuals who have recently requested information about life insurance and asked to be reached out to. Using a proven script, your role is to connect with these prospects, understand their needs, and help guide them through their options. This is not cold calling, every lead has expressed interest and is expecting a conversation. If you’re comfortable on the phone, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay, this role offers strong earning potential and a consistent schedule.
