In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong client service skills, a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. • Handle outbound calling for follow-ups and customer feedback. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing calls professionally. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support. Qualifications: Requirements • 1 year of customer service in a fast-paced environment is preferred • Proficient in technology and comfortable with various software systems • Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. • Experience with outbound calling is preferred. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and systems. • Experience in logistics, operations, or the furniture industry is a plus! Compensation: $28 - $35 hourly
