    Customer Service Rep & Field Service Dispatcher

    Mister Sparky Electric is a nationally recognized residential electrical service brand. We are launching a new franchise location serving Greater Philadelphia. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to join our residential electrical team. This CSR role combines inbound call management and field service dispatch, directly impacting daily revenue, technician productivity, and customer experience.

    Location: Glenside/Jenkintown, PA This is an onsite position (not remote). Position Type: Salaried, Non-Exempt

    Qualifications

    Required(all below):

    3+ years dispatch or high-volume call center experience (recent) with booking targets

    Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, or similar field service industry

    Experience using a field service CRM (ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar)

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred:

    Prior home service office coordination experience

    Strong Social Media presence and/or skills to collect, build and post content and improve company branding

    Responsibilities:

    Answer inbound service calls with professionalism and urgency

    Convert calls into scheduled service appointments

    Enter and maintain accurate job information in CRM (ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar)

    Build and manage daily technician schedules

    Optimize routes and fill cancellations

    Monitor technician progress and support same-day scheduling

    Track booking rate, technician utilization, and related KPIs

    Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager

    Occasional support with marketing coordination as needed on Social Media

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary Range: $42,000 – $52,000 annually (based on experience)

    Performance Bonus: Additional earnings tied to booking conversion, technician utilization, and revenue goals

    What Success Looks Like in This Role

    Strong booking conversion rate from Day 1

    Technicians fully scheduled with minimal idle time

    Reduced cancellations and efficient gap filling

    Accurate CRM documentation and clear daily reporting

    Work Schedule: Full-time position. Some evenings or weekends may be required based on business needs.

    Physical Requirements: This role requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and speaking on the phone.
