    Now Hiring: Veterinary Receptionist Full-Time | Veterinary Specialty Center

    Veterinary Specialty Center is growing and seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for clients and supporting our surgical and medical staff.

    Responsibilities Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth Answer phone calls, return messages, and manage multi-line phone system Schedule appointments, surgical consults, and follow-up visits Communicate treatment plans, policies, and general information to clients Check patients in and out, ensure accurate client and patient records Process payments and maintain financial accuracy Coordinate medical records, referrals, and reports with other clinics Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and reception area Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed Uphold a positive, calm, and helpful demeanor at all times

    Requirements Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical receptionist is required Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a steady workflow Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and digital communication Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Professional and compassionate attitude toward clients and their pets
