    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a Cigar Distribution company with Online, B2B and B2C segments within our organization. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and demonstrates "kind" professionalism. We understand this is a "niche" business and individual training will be made available to any new hire.

    Responsibilities

    Receive inbound calls and emails

    Contact Existing Retail Customers/Stores prior to delivery schedule to create Sales Orders

    Create invoices within our accounting package for orders received

    Pick, pack and ship orders. Each order sent will have a hand written note thanking the customer for their support

    Take in deliveries and process items received

    Assist in price updates and general sales item updates

    Assist retailers with purchases made

    Organize deliveries for our Outside Sales Employees

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred

    Comfortable using computers and customer management software, use of MIcroSoft Excel. Knowledge of QuickBooks would be preferred

    Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively

    40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 - 6:00, flexible within those hours
