    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is key in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-person.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

    • Handle product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and finding the best solution.

    • Maintain customer records by updating account information.

    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

    • Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and policies.

    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer needs.

    • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

    • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve service quality.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
