You’ll start each day helping homeowners on the phone and finish as the dispatcher quarterbacking our service techs. This is a fast-paced, phone-first role for someone who feeds off action, impact, and making things happen when others are winding down.

4-day workweek. You read that right. Tuesday through Friday, 7.5 hours/day + one Saturday per month. That equals three, three-day weekends every month.

What You’ll Own:
Before 3:30 PM:
Answer inbound calls with energy and empathy.
Make outbound "Happy Calls" to check in, ask for reviews, and upsell tune-ups or memberships.
Confirm next-day appointments and handle light follow-up on unsold work.
After 3:30 PM:
Dispatch technicians and communicate with field teams.
Handle overflow/rollover calls when other offices close.
Serve as the point person for any urgent matters until closing.
Scorecard for Success:
✅ 99%+ call answer rate during your shift
✅ 90%+ booking on service calls
✅ 10+ memberships or add-ons per month
✅ Board cleared or clean handoff by 8:00 PM

Total compensation package ranges from $50,000–$60,000+, including hourly pay, performance bonuses, paid time off, and the value of medical and dental benefits. A $25/hour base pay equates to roughly $26.49/hour when factoring in these extras.
