    Window World, the nation’s largest exterior remodeling company, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

    This is more than a typical “answer the phones” role—our CSRs play a critical part in creating a first-class customer experience and helping drive the success of our business by converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.

    What You’ll Do

    Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence

    Convert customer inquiries into scheduled in-home appointments

    Schedule sales, installation, and service appointments efficiently

    Provide clear, helpful communication to customers throughout their experience

    Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction

    Accurately input and maintain customer information in our CRM system

    Support team operations by keeping schedules organized and up to date

    What We’re Looking For

    Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence

    Positive, customer-first attitude

    Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations

    Organized and detail-oriented, especially with data entry and scheduling

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    Previous customer service, call center, or scheduling experience is a plus

    Compensation & Benefits

    $20–$24/hour (based on experience)

    Performance-based bonuses (realistic total earnings $45K–$50K+)
