As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with service information, scheduling, and online inquiries.

    Responsibilities and Expectations:

    • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

    • Schedule service appointments with precision and accuracy to meet customer needs and optimize our service delivery.

    • Handle customer service requests across multiple channels, including phone, online submissions, text messages, and online marketing requests.

    • Proactively manage and nurture incoming leads, ensuring a smooth and effective lead flow process.

    • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business and maximize every sales opportunity.

    • Manage job closeouts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate record-keeping.

    • Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services, providing valuable feedback and insights.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years of proven success in CSR or inside sales roles.

    • Prior experience in the electrical industry is strongly preferred, particularly in residential and light commercial settings.

    • Proficiency in Service Titan software is highly desirable.

    • A genuine customer-centric approach with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

    • Exceptional flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • A competitive spirit, strong goal orientation, and proven sales acumen with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.

    • The ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with both customers and colleagues.

    • Strong typing skills and the ability to quickly and accurately input data.

    • A proven ability to provide and analyze historical sales data, close rates, and other relevant metrics.

    The compensation for this position is expected to range between $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
