Complete Water Systems – Phoenix, AZ Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday
Complete Water Systems is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing Phoenix team.
This position is at the center of our daily operations. You'll be one of the first people our customers interact with while helping coordinate technicians, schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide an excellent customer experience from the first call through job completion.
What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries
Schedule service calls, installations, estimates, and follow-ups
Dispatch technicians based on location, availability, job type, and urgency
Maintain and optimize daily technician schedules
Gather accurate customer and job information so technicians arrive prepared
Communicate appointment and technician arrival updates
Follow up on open estimates and customer inquiries
Identify additional service opportunities when appropriate
Confirm appointments and help reduce cancellations
Review job notes, photos, schedules, and customer information
Maintain accurate records in our scheduling/CRM system
Process basic customer payments
Coordinate with technicians and management throughout the day
Professionally assist with customer questions and concerns
Learn basic plumbing and water-treatment terminology

Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, call centers, appointment setting, or inside sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Customer Service + Sales
This is primarily a customer service and dispatch position, but we're also looking for someone who can recognize opportunities to help our customers.
We don't believe in high-pressure sales. Our team listens, asks the right questions, educates customers about available options, and makes sure we're not overlooking additional ways we can help.
Compensation
$18.50–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills.
Employees may qualify for increased compensation as they develop proficiency in customer phone handling, dispatching, technician scheduling, plumbing and water-treatment terminology, estimate follow-up, appointment conversion, and overall job performance.
Performance-based bonus opportunities may also be available.
