Build long-term relationships and manage a personal book of business

Present clear, professional insurance proposals

Stay current on industry trends, tools, and regulations

Leverage modern technology to streamline sales and client communication

What We’re Looking For:

Great Customer Service

Sales experience (or strong motivation to grow in sales)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Active Colorado insurance license—or willingness to obtain one (we’ll help)

Comfortable with using sales software and tools.
