Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service/Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is pivotal in guiding patients toward the dental care they need, ensuring exceptional service, and promoting our mission of healthy smiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with patients via phone, email, and in-person to schedule appointments and provide information about our services.

Utilize sales skills to educate patients on treatment options and guide them toward necessary dental care with different financial options.

Maintain professional phone etiquette, ensuring clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication.

Build strong patient relationships to foster trust and loyalty.

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Handle patient inquiries, address concerns, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish/English): Fluency in both languages is MANDATORY for effective communication with our diverse patient base. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH SPEAKING.

Prior Sales Experience: Proven ability to influence and guide customers toward solutions, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.

Phone Etiquette: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, and patient records efficiently.

Experience in Dental/Healthcare (Preferred): Familiarity with dental terminology or healthcare sales is a plus but not required. We will train you.
