💼 Role: Customer Service Representative 🏠 Location: Remote 📅 Contract: Initial 6-month contract ⏰ Schedule: 24/7 operations with 8-hour rotational shifts

Candidates must be comfortable working day, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with retirement-plan and benefit-payment inquiries.

Explain lump-sum distributions, rollovers, death benefits and loan withdrawals.

Support payment processing, check reconciliation, tax forms, ACH transactions, debit cards and bill payments.

Resolve client concerns accurately and professionally.

Maintain detailed client records and follow established procedures.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

We’d Love to Meet You If You Have

Strong customer-service and professional telephone skills

Experience in banking, financial services, retirement benefits, 401(k), insurance, healthcare claims, payment processing or call-center operations

Knowledge of financial transactions and payment systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple inquiries

Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including night and overnight shifts
