    Position Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with strong technical knowledge of ServiceTitan and QuickBooks to manage our dispatching operations and bookkeeping functions. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who wants to grow with an expanding business and be integral to our operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Dispatching & Customer Service:

    Manage daily dispatch operations using ServiceTitan

    Schedule and coordinate service appointments for plumbing, heating, and HVAC services

    Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat

    Process service requests and emergency calls efficiently

    Coordinate with field technicians and ensure optimal route planning

    Track job progress and update customers on service status

    Maintain customer records and service history in ServiceTitan

    Bookkeeping & Administrative:

    Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions in QuickBooks

    Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records

    Generate reports to support business growth and operational decisions

    Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

    Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking

    Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

    Required Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience with ServiceTitan (dispatch, scheduling, customer management)

    2+ years of hands-on QuickBooks experience (invoicing, payments, reporting)

    Previous customer service experience, preferably in home services industry

    Strong communication skills and professional phone manner

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to multitask and work under pressure

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

    Preferred Qualifications:

    3+ years of advanced ServiceTitan experience (preferred)

    Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry

    Knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing and heating codes

    Familiarity with emergency dispatch procedures

    Basic understanding of plumbing and heating terminology
