We are looking for Customer Service Representative to maintain excellent customer relations during the reception and delivery of the vehicles being repaired as well as assist in various functions of our business throughout the day
Responsibilities
As a Midas Customer Service Representative you will be a vital part of our operation of the shop including duties such as:
Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
Recording customers concerns, services requested and verifying customer information
Promoting shop service specials
Deliver and cash out repairs after completion
Keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
Assist with maintaining inventory counts
Positively affect overall cleanliness and organization of the facility regarding the lobby area
Other duties as assigned
