Job description:
Customer Service Representatives/ Cashiers must have:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills: Friendly and knowledgeable with a desire to help people.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers
Answering phones
Helping customers with pool and hot tub products such as chemicals, parts, equipment, etc.; answering their questions about water chemistry, pool and spa equipment, parts and troubleshooting.
Handling cash, credit or check transactions
Scanning goods and collecting payments
Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Cashier skills & proficiency:
Basic Math (addition and subtraction)
Interpersonal Communication/Written and Verbal Communication
Product Knowledge (we will train)
