Position Overview We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly, professional voice of our company. In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners and businesses needing heating, cooling, maintenance, and emergency service. You’ll play a critical part in delivering 5-star customer experiences while keeping our service technicians dispatched efficiently. No prior HVAC experience required — we provide full paid training!

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Answer inbound calls and schedule residential & commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs with speed and accuracy

Dispatch technicians using our state-of-the-art scheduling software

Provide outstanding customer follow-up, handle billing inquiries, and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused mindset

Maintain accurate records in our CRM and service platform

Work collaboratively with our installation, service, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer journeys

Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements and additional services

What You Bring (Requirements)

No HVAC experience required — we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn above all

1+ years of customer service experience preferred (any industry), but we welcome strong entry-level candidates

Exceptional phone presence, active listening skills, and a positive, can-do attitude

Strong computer skills and comfort learning new scheduling/dispatch software (House Call Pro experience a plus)

Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent
