About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognised brands through face-to-face customer interactions. You'll help customers learn about products and services, answer questions, provide recommendations, and create positive experiences that build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll develop professional communication skills, customer service expertise, sales confidence, and leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Learn product and service information to confidently assist customers
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction
Answer customer questions and resolve concerns effectively
Support customer acquisition and sales objectives
Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Maintain accurate customer information and records where required
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and customer service training
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
