**Job Summary:
** This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working face-to-face with customers in a retail healthcare environment. You’ll assist customers in selecting products, demonstrate usage, restock inventory, process rentals, and learn new product lines to eventually earn commission.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and dependable
• Comfortable lifting and moving equipment
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)
• Interested in growing into a full-time role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with questions and purchases
• Demonstrate mobility and medical products like walkers, scooters, and braces
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom
• Process orders, returns, and restocking
• Answer phone calls and support online orders
• Learn product categories and become commission-eligible

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly and reliable with a customer-first attitude
• Able to lift and move equipment regularly
• Comfortable using tablets, email, and retail systems
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Basic knowledge of Human Anatomy and/or healthcare products and medical supplies
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
