    Customer Service & Sales Representative – Residential Moving Company

    📍 Location: Webster Groves, MO 💼 Job Type: Full-time & In-person 💰 Pay: $20-$30/hr. based on experience and performance ($40,000-$60,000/yr)

    What You’ll Do

    Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries

    Build trust quickly and guide customers through the moving process

    Provide accurate quotes and close bookings

    Follow up with leads

    Schedule moves and coordinate with operations

    Recommend additional services when they truly help the customer

    Experience

    Customer service, sales, call center, or hospitality experience preferred

    Moving industry experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you)

    Experienced with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
