Glass and Growlers is hiring an on-site Customer Service / Sales Representative in Las Vegas.

We print custom glassware and branded drinkware for events, teams, businesses, and retail. This is an entry-level inside sales and customer service seat. It is not graphic design and not commission-only sales.

Pay: $18 to $20 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours in a workweek.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls and emails
• Quote custom print jobs and explain lead times honestly
• Collect artwork, send proofs, and get written approval before we print
• Require payment before we order glass or start production
• Enter orders accurately and follow them through production and ship
• Follow up on quotes that did not close
• Work with production when a date, color, or stock issue comes up

Requirements

• 1 or more years in customer service, inside sales, retail, or order entry
• Clear written English
• Comfortable asking for payment
• Able to work on-site at 80 N. Mojave Rd., Las Vegas
• Reliable and able to work shop hours Monday through Friday

Nice to have

• Spanish
• Print, promo, apparel, or gift experience
• Shopify, QuickBooks, or any order system
