    We’re seeking an energetic Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll support customers with questions and concerns while also identifying opportunities to promote products and services that meet their needs. You’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving company growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or in person

    Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner

    Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate products or services

    Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

    Process orders, returns, and account updates

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

    Provide excellent customer experiences at every touchpoint

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Basic computer and data entry skills
