Job Summary: The Customer Service & Sales Representative plays a key role in assisting customers while also identifying opportunities to recommend products or services that best fit their needs. If you enjoy helping people and are comfortable with consultative selling, this role could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide information about our services and help customers make informed decisions
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
Educate customers on promotions, offers, and product/service benefits
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
Meet or exceed daily and weekly service and sales performance goals
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Comfortable recommending products/services based on customer needs
Goal-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
