About Us The Todd Wells Agency Inc is a trusted American Family Insurance and B&A Insurance Solutions Broker in Littleton Colorado providing over 15 years of insurance solutions for both Personal Lines clients (home, auto, life and umbrella), as well as Commercial Lines through our brokerage division. We are looking to fill multiple roles including a customer service specialist and insurance sales specialist. Ideal candidates will be honest, driven, customer-focused, with experience in the insurance industry and active Property, Casualty, and Life Producer license.

Job Summary The Customer Service Sales Specialist role markets, prospects, and sells American Family Insurance and B&A Insurance Solutions products in all product lines. Maintains effective customer relationships, understands customers' needs, and matches them with appropriate product and service offerings. Provides exceptional customer service to our clients while showing empathy and compassion.
Responsibilities
Develops knowledge of the local market dynamics for business development opportunities for all product lines
Helps the Agency grow by using consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers
Prospects for new business through leads, telephone calls, networking events, and personal contacts
Prepares quotations and applications and delivers effective presentations in order to close sales
Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships
Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products
Processes change to existing accounts and policies
Assists customers with claims by directing them to the appropriate Claims Department contacts and resources.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.)
Experience using a wide range of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers
