Our promotional products company is looking for a friendly, people-oriented Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, we'd love to meet you.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented, and self-driven individual who enjoys building relationships and finding solutions. You'll work closely with our sales team, assist customers throughout the ordering process, and learn multiple aspects of the business. No previous sales support experience is required—we provide comprehensive in-house training. Prior administrative, clerical, or customer service experience is highly valued and will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the sales team.

Build positive relationships with customers by answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.

Assist with order processing, documentation, and customer communications.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Use strong problem-solving skills to identify solutions and keep projects moving smoothly.

Maintain organized records, files, and customer information.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

A positive attitude, a passion for helping people, and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
