Lead Management Specialist — USA Insulation of Central Kentucky Lexington, KY | Full-Time | In-Office | $17–$25/hr + Performance Bonus

    What this job actually is:

Inbound leads come to us — homeowners who already want help with their insulation. Your job is to answer the phone and emails, have a real conversation, figure out if we're the right fit for them, and get them booked with one of our estimators. That's the core of it.

We'll train you on everything about what we do and how we do it. You don't need to know insulation. You need to be genuinely good with people and care whether the conversation goes well.

This is a Monday–Friday, in-office role based in Lexington. No nights, no weekends, no cold calling.

    Day to day, you'll be:

Answering inbound calls and web leads from homeowners

Qualifying prospects and scheduling on-site estimates

Following up with leads who haven't booked yet

Keeping our CRM and job tracking system clean and up to date

Communicating any scheduling changes between customers and our field team

You're a strong fit if you:

Hold a warm, confident conversation and make people feel heard — not just processed

    Follow through without being reminded

Are comfortable on a computer (we use basic CRM and scheduling tools — nothing complicated)

Want to actually grow within a company that will notice when you're good

    What you get:

    $17–$25/hr depending on experience

Performance bonuses tied to booking metrics

    PTO and paid holidays

A small, tight team where your work matters and your name gets remembered

Why this job over the others:

We're locally owned. You'll know the owner. When you do something well, it gets noticed — not buried in a corporate org chart. We're growing, and the people who come in early and prove themselves have a path here.

If you're looking for somewhere to put your head down, actually be good at your job, and get rewarded for it — this is worth a conversation.
