Applicants must live near our office in Tarzana CA 91356. Full time in our Tarzana office Monday through Friday while training. Part time in office and part time remote work is available after training period.

We are currently looking for individuals who will perform a variety of tasks including answer phones, faxing, emails, filing and other administrative tasks. Applicant should be computer literate, like working with the public, have an outgoing personality, willingness to learn and works well with others.
Responsibilities:
Answering in-coming calls Little to no out-bound / cold sales calls Handle customer inquiries and complaints Collect payments from customers Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications:
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pleasant working environment.
Position starts at $19/hour, sales opportunities and PTO
Office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.
