Responsibilities: • Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal • Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries • Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given • Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved What You’ll Be Doing • Assisting with preparing and processing bond documents • Gathering and organizing required paperwork • Submitting requests to insurance carriers • Tracking deadlines and following up as needed • Maintaining accurate documentation in our agency system • Supporting producers and team members with client requests • You’ll receive training and support as you build knowledge and confidence in the role. Qualifications: • Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent • Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Previous customer service experience required for this position • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred Compensation: $42,000 - $50,000 yearly
