Overall Responsibility:

This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service for our established client base, assisting Account Managers in new business development, and office administrative tasks. Take care of policy changes, billing questions, claims and coverage questions, and office processes, while adding value to the customer experience.

Employment contingent upon passing Washington State licensing in Property and Casualty.

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience or related background in customer service preferred

A focus on customer satisfaction is required for success

Outstanding phone and customer relationship skills

Organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as basic math proficiency

Attention to detail required. All business must comply with guidelines and regulations

PC skills: MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Most work done on company specific software – training will be provided.

Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty license

Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
