Responsibilities: • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Greet and assist customers with product selection and personalization options • Handle incoming orders, primarily through phone calls and emails • Process customer orders and input accurate data into the system • Inspect and perform quality checks on all finished products to ensure accuracy and workmanship • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with order pickups • Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing supplies and materials as neededPrepare bids and quotes for customer-provided drawings and custom engraving jobs Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Requirements: • Comfortable using computers, software, and office equipment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions • Strong focus on quality control and attention to fine detailsBasic understanding of inventory and supply ordering is a plusAbility to review and quote from customer drawings or artwork is a plus Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
