BaxterBoo, a leading online pet supply retailer, is looking for an enthusiastic, solution-loving, tail-wagging Customer Care Specialist to join our team! If you’re organized, upbeat, and passionate about helping pet parents find the perfect products for their furry family members, this role is for you.

As part of our Customer Care team, you’ll be the friendly voice (and typing fingers!) behind email, phone, and chat support, making sure every customer feels heard, helped, and happy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers with order questions, returns, exchanges, and product recommendations
• Guiding pet parents on sizing, features, and the best picks for their pets
• Processing refunds, replacements, and loyalty program adjustments accurately
• Investigating and resolving shipping or delivery hiccups
• Documenting customer interactions clearly in our systems
• Meeting response-time and customer satisfaction goals
• Collaborating with warehouse and marketing teams when needed
• Turning tricky or escalated situations into positive experiences

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new tools
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
• A natural problem solver who loves helping people
• Pet knowledge or pet industry experience (major bonus!)
