    Position Overview

    The Customer Experience Specialist, known as a Deck Ambassador, serves as the face of British Swim School poolside during lessons. This role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by welcoming families, supporting instructors, and ensuring the swim deck operates smoothly and safely.

    Key Responsibilities

    Set up and break down the pool deck area before and after each shift

    Check water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons

    Welcome students and parents/guardians and assist with check-in procedures

    Answer customer questions regarding accounts, student progress, and program information

    Provide support to swim instructors and management during lessons as needed

    Maintain a professional, organized, and family-friendly pool deck environment

    Minimum Qualifications

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

    Evening or weekend availability (Monday-Thursday 3:00-7:00PM and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

    Professional, responsible, and positive attitude

    Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

    Preferred Qualifications

    1+ year of customer service experience

    Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, and/or AED certifications are a plus
