    What You’ll Do:
    ● Engage with customers by providing product recommendations, order assistance, and answering queries with a smile.
    ● Help customers find the perfect solutions by understanding their needs and preferences.
    ● Process customer orders and ensure their fulfillment from start to finish.
    ● Manage refunds, exchanges, and returns with ease.
    ● Contribute to other tasks as needed to keep our sales operations running smoothly.

    Who You Are:
    ● Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    ● Experience: Prior customer service experience (2 years preferred); industry experience (HVAC or similar) is a plus.
    ● A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    ● Friendly and customer-focused—you genuinely enjoy helping people.
    ● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    ● Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively.
    ● Basic math and accounting skills.

  • Qualifications
    • U.S. Citizenship required
    • Active Secret Security Clearance (required; must be maintained)
    • Graduate of Army Functional Area 49 (ORSA) qualification course
    • Strong knowledge of the Army PPBE process
    • Experience with Army force management, resource management, or program analysis
    • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Army Vantage, c-PROBE)
    • Strong analytical skills including data modeling, validation, and exploratory analysis
    • Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages
    • Experience applying ORSA techniques (quantitative/qualitative analysis, modeling, simulation, cost and decision analysis)
    • Strong facilitation and adult learning instructional skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (executive-level writing required)
    • Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and stakeholders
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
    • Ability to travel as required
