We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate is driven to provide exceptional service, communicate effectively, enjoy working in a team environment, and embraces opportunities for continuous learning.

Minimum qualifications:
HS diploma, GED, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position. Additionally, you are an active listener, naturally inclusive and compassionate with diverse populations. At least 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public and using customer account or billing software in a similar environment. CRW is a drug-free workplace.
