    Available Schedules:

    • Tuesday – Saturday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    • Sunday – Thursday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    • Friday – Monday | 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

    What You’ll Do: Customer Support Specialist

    What We’re Looking For: Customer Support Specialist 

    • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
    • At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Comfort with Microsoft Office and other technical applications
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
