    Job Summary

    We are needing a highly skilled and responsible team member to provide excellent customer service, boost sales and help coordinate communications accross the entire company. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions. You will reach out to customers with pending estimates and work with them to close sales. You will also communicate important messages to managers and technicians in the field to ensure customer requests are handled quickly and efficently.

    Responsibilities

    Answer incoming calls, chat messages and customer service emails and resolve all customer requests

    Forward any unresolved customer requests to Manager immediately

    Schedule non-recurring jobs for Service, Maintenance and Construction departments as needed

    Communicate with and provide technical support to Service, Repair and Construction teams in the field

    Create and send service estimates to customers

    Follow up with customers who have unsold service estimates and work to close sales

    Onboard new customers and report to Manager

    Monitor and respond to messages in internal communication app

    Attend weekly meeting with Manager and weekly All-team meeting

    Qualifications

    3+ years experience in Customer Service is preferred

    3+ years experience in Sales is preferred

    3+ years experience in Pool Service is preferred

    Comfortable using computers and customer management software

    Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Ability to work well under pressure

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively

    Consistent and dependable with the ability to work 40 hours/ week and Saturday mornings seasonally
