    Overview

    Support logistics operations by serving as the key contact for customer service. You’ll manage order details, resolve issues, and ensure shipments flow smoothly.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain customer profiles and handle escalated questions.

    • Track orders and shipments; resolve billing or service issues.

    • Process operational data in warehouse/transport systems.

    • Run and analyze reports; communicate findings to supervisors.

    • Coordinate with carriers and service providers on requirements.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.

    • 2+ years logistics, warehouse support, or customer service experience.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with databases.

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
