Overview
Support logistics operations by serving as the key contact for customer service. You’ll manage order details, resolve issues, and ensure shipments flow smoothly.
Responsibilities
Maintain customer profiles and handle escalated questions.
Track orders and shipments; resolve billing or service issues.
Process operational data in warehouse/transport systems.
Run and analyze reports; communicate findings to supervisors.
Coordinate with carriers and service providers on requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
2+ years logistics, warehouse support, or customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with databases.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
