We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. Responsibilities: • Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools • Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed • Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders • Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • You must have previous customer service experience for this position • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
