Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in customer service in a specialty role such as managing a major account, preferably with logistics or supply chain exposure.
- Experience with order management systems; Oracle experience preferred.
- Experience working with EDI connections
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently or with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High energy level with a strong commitment to performance and service quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
