    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be a vital support role to our organization. You will help our team be a success by providing quality customer service and helping the organization maintain customer relationships.

    The person in this role must have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a “fast-paced” environment and deliver the best customer service possible.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure every customer has an outstanding service experience when calling, emailing or coming into the office.
    • Provide information and assistance to the customer in response to their inquiries about our products and service.
    • Schedule appointments when needed.
    • Reach out to customers to confirm appointments/follow up on installations, service, open quotes or sales.
    • Proactively collaborate and communicate across departments and assist internal and external customers as needed.
    • Update and maintain customer information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • Gain a strong understanding of our company’s products to articulate to our customers and be able to explain the value of our experience and unmatched service.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years in a customer service environment.
    • Service Oriented and demonstrates the ability to handle a variety of customer situations, solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent time management and organization skills, ability to multi-task and high attention to detail.
    • Openness and willingness to change with the needs of the business
    • Present our company and products in a professional manner at all times.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
