Summary
The Customer service/Project Supervisor performs various projects supporting the manufacturing processes. This includes formulations and bill of materials database maintenance, record retention regarding new product processes, project planning for production, tracking and making shipment. The production project manager has a front-line role in client communication and ensures customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage staff to maximize efficiency and output;
· Properly detail, organize, and implement new and existing product processes from set up through production;
· Address various needs of clients on a daily basis, while ensuring that the client’s experience with the company is pleasant and productive;
· Review bottling operations on batch records for accuracy prior to production;
· Review all new and revised product label proofs for accuracy, and route them through R&D and Quality for final approval;
Job Requirements
College degree in a business-related field;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Good organizational skills with a strong attention to detail;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities;
Strong documentation practices and record keeping skills;
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Required Computer Skills
Working knowledge of general computer operations and concepts;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook & Word;
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Ability to type 40 wpm;
Preferred knowledge of ERP or other Manufacturing Software.
Physical Requirement
Ability to sit or stand for extended hours;
Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours;
Other physical requirements include occasional squatting, bending, and twisting.

· Must be able to adjust work schedule as business needs required.
