    The Role: Customer Service Supervisor

    We’re looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Supervisor to lead our front-line customer service team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and support the Customer Service Team

    Answer phone calls and schedule customer appointments

    Perform administrative duties: data entry, audits, quality control, etc.

    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and team productivity

    Handle supervisory and quality assurance tasks to keep things running smoothly

    Implement training and mentorship of current and newly onboarded employees of the CSR department.

    What You Bring:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    2+ year of supervisor or management experience

    Strong background in customer service

    Excellent multitasking, organizational, critical thinking, and leadership skills

    A professional and task-oriented mindset

    Reliable transportation for daily in-office work
