Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will oversee customer service for a high paced print and direct mail business.
Responsibilities
Oversee operational aspects of the business
Work directly with customers, providing proofs, delivering jobs on time.
Manage production meetings
Contribute to systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control
Qualifications
At least 3 years in print production
Previous experience as a customer service professional is preferred
A solid understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Intermediate to expert level experience in Adobe Cloud, especially InDesign
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of sound business practices
