    FASTSIGNS of Eugene (award-winning, locally owned franchise) is looking for a Customer Service Rep to be the frontline face of our business. You’ll handle walk-ins, phone/web inquiries, qualify new leads, write estimates, and keep projects moving.

    What you’ll do:

    Greet and assist walk-in customers

    Respond to inbound calls & web leads

    Qualify opportunities and manage or hand off to sales

    Write estimates, track orders, and follow projects to completion

    Spot upsell opportunities & build customer relationships

    What we’re looking for:

    Professional experience in sales or customer service (any industry)

    Organized, persistent, thrives under pressure

    Strong listener & problem-solver — you figure things out

    Ambition to grow into outside sales, project management, or office management
