We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing customer service performance across the organization. You will play a key role in developing training content, coaching new and existing employees, and evaluating program effectiveness to ensure service excellence.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on customer service best practices.
Conduct onboarding training for new customer service representatives.
Provide ongoing training sessions to support continuous improvement.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance post-training to measure effectiveness.
Update training materials regularly to reflect new procedures or technologies.
Work closely with management to identify training needs and implement solutions.
Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Track training progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a customer service environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor others effectively.
Experience in creating training materials and using various training delivery methods.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.
