Responsibilities
Develop and deliver structured customer service training programs for new hires and existing staff
Facilitate workshops focused on communication, problem-solving, and service excellence
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps
Maintain training materials and update content to reflect evolving service standards
Track progress and prepare reports on training outcomes and effectiveness
