Responsibilities
Develop and deliver structured customer service training programs for new hires and existing team members
Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions focused on communication, service standards, and operational procedures
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve performance and engagement
Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with business goals
Maintain training materials, guides, and documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience and service quality
